Leilah
Sports Coach
My love for sports started at a young age. From always giving each sport at least one try to finding my passion in netball and athletics. Being able to do both sports through all 12 years of school growing up in South Africa and that passion led me to becoming a netball coach for 6 years.
Working with children and watching their development through sports brings a sense of fulfillment and purpose. It is incredibly rewarding to see their confidence grow, their teamwork improve, and their faces light up when they achieve something they thought they couldn't do. Sport has taught me patience, encouragement and how to bring out the best in every child. That is what I love bringing into my role every day.
Current qualifications:
-

Elkanah
Sports Coach
I am a professional table tennis player with a passion for both the sport and supporting the next generation of young athletes. I have been playing table tennis since the age of 12, and over the years, I have developed my skills through consistent training, dedication, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
My experience as an athlete has given me a deep appreciation for the importance of having the right coach and mentor. My own coach has played a significant role in helping me develop not only as a player but also as a person, helping me achieve things I once never thought were possible.
This experience has inspired my passion for coaching children. I believe every young person who has a passion for sport should have the opportunity, encouragement and guidance they need to thrive. As a coach, I aim to help children build confidence, develop their skills, enjoy their sport and reach their full potential.
Ultimately, I hope to have the same positive impact on the children I coach that my own coach has had on me. helping them become more confident, capable and motivated both on and off the table.
